App on iPhone only allows downloads

The app only shows Downloads and Settings as available options. Can't access anything else.

did you try the same menu (close and then reopen) without the 2 tethered devices?

That means the app thinks you are offline. Try disabling the hotspot and switching networks which will give you a new token and, hopefully, resolve the issue.

hit the menu button (hamburger looking stack of lines) and select sign-out. uninstall the app. re-install and log in . did that fix it? (all of this while connected to your home network).

I've removed your iPhone from our database which may clean up the issue. You should be asked to sign in again the next time you open the app.  If not, that likely means that there is some setting on your device that is preventing the Stream app from accessing the Internet.  Be sure to try on different networks (cellular, wifi) and without other connected devices.

Curious if you are having the same issue on your iPad and/or PC.  If not, that also indicates some setting on your iPhone. Last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app (hold down on the icon until you get an X).
