I can't access my account on your website or your app. The website NEVER loads & I get an "Error, Try again" on the app.

moved post to the stream app area of the forum. you mention website but end sentence with app. let's pick the app using a smart device (phone/tablet). are you able to sign in successfully on a smart phone/tablet? if not, what is the error message?
