App Issue - Recorded Shows

While the shows on my DVR are demonstrating the full 60 minutes for a recording, on the Stream app (when you go to view the recorded show) only half the show is playing. The recording is typically cut to 35 minutes or so, with either insane skipping or just cutting out. When I watch on my tv, the full show is there. Help!

There are unfortunately many threads about this in the forum, but no one from Comcast has escalated it as a severe prod issue and communicated a plan. 

Embarrassing.

And then they wonder why they are voted worst company in America.

Yeah I’m browsing threads and just found some dated all the way back to January of 2017 where this is a constant issue for multiple people. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year and a half?? They shouldn’t advertise this as a service if it doesn’t work half the time and they won’t bother investing to fix it...
