I keep getting error 106000 when I try to watch on demand on the xfinity app.  Any help for this?

while waiting for a red-letter Comcast employee to look at the issue, you might call 800-Comcast and select billing and verify with the representative that all the proper rate codes are added to your account (cloud DVR and possibly on-demand).
