Am I the only one missing options from the TV Remote app menu?
This bug is not new, and has been reported several times years ago. Every blue moon, whatever server/engine Comcast runs the TV Remote app on, glitches out options from the menu and there's nothing you can do about it but hope someone from Comcast is a customer as well, uses the app also, sees the issue, and notifies the right department to temporarily fix the issue because clearing caches or the app's data doesn't resolve it either.
All I'm requesting (since every bug I've reported has been ignored for years now) is that this glitch gets patched permanently for good, so it won't ever happen again. If you don't fix nothing else, just please fix this issue.
