As of yesterday I can no longer access the Xfinity beta app on our rokus OR on my phone. It gives error 403-102 and says that I am not on my Xfinity Wifi...however I AM! I've called in, been on chat several times and no one can fix it. This is pretty much the only way we watch tv in our house. So basically we are paying for no service. VERY FRUSTRATING! Any help would be greatly appreciated
