After cable modem upgrade drm error 403-102

Seems like a common problem here. Technican came out and installed new modem. Since then getting 403-102 error on stream app on roku and samsung tv. My accound shows the new modem and all information is accurate.

call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to perform a deep background database refresh on your account. if the agent wants to create a ticket ask for a supervisor.
