3-12-18 xfinity stream app channels not correct

Lost many channels today on xfinity stream app on many platforms. PC, ROKU, MAC ect...

What happened and how to correct.

Lost many channels on my stream today???

Most of my favorites and many other channels not showing up in the stream app today? When on all channels only recieve about 30 channels total.

almost 24 hrs and majority of my fav channels (premium & to-go) are missing from streaming guide.  

Has anyone heard anything from Comcast?  

Chatted w/ support yesterday morning--- only thing they suggested was that I clear out my history cache/cookies.

it has been reported that there is a nationwide outage affecting many customers. no estimated time of repair has been announced.


I am not a Comcast employee; I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.

shortly after chatting w/ tech support this morning to let them know still having issues after trying refresh signals & having ticket written up (lost access to on-demand for tv yesterday same time as streaming)-- both the tv on-demand and streaming came back on.  

the tech support informed me it was a network wide issue under maintenance and, at the time, had no idea when would be restored.  

Just hope others were as lucky and had their issues corrected.
