since you are posting in the X1 forum and a new customer you may need to call the x1 support number open 24/7/365 at 877-896-8678 and ask them to add the cloud DVR rate to your account. Once they have added it then log into your xfinity TV app (you may need to remove teh app and reinstall it or at least log out of it and back in to get the new setup after they add the rate code. Be care to accept the terms and conditions or the app will not work.
