Please provide some more detail on what error you're seeing, what type of sign-in you attempted with (email, mobile, or username), whether you've tried a different browser, on the My Account app, on your phone, etc.

I am an Official Comcast Employee on the Identity Product Team and the Serviceability team at HQ.
