I am unable to open the Xfinity login page when I am connected to the Internet using Xfinity cable internet access. This is true across all devices and browsers. The only way I can load the page and then login is if I connect to the Internet using my phone as a hot spot. When I do that, it works fine. Of course the bot has no idea what I'm talking about so I am unable to explain this on chat or on the phone. Crazy situation.
