Xfinity / Comcast, this is more a statement than a question. Why do you have so much dam security. As a Network Security professional, I will say confidently that you have more security than you need. If you are that worried about security you should just leave it to Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and others to perform a great customer service. When Process hinders progress. First, you use 2-layer authentication to loginto your website, this is a little disruptive, but I can live with that. 2nd you ask the same questions over and over. Everyone that calls you calls from there registered phones, so quit asking the last 4 digits of the phone number. 3rd you ask for last 4 digits of credit card on file. Then you ask for last 4 of SS#, then Name address. Then when you cannot help, you send to another department that asks same questions over and over. What I am trying to relay to you use too much security to authenticate a customer and it is just plain agravating.
