After logging into my dashboard I see an additional "linked" account I don't recognise = PROBLEM. The system won't let me UNLINK the unknown account. Also, when I try to update my cell phone number, the system texts me a verification code but when I input the code and submit, all it keeps responding is "Received a fault from Identity Credential Service". Been hapening for weeks now.
What is the solution to the Xfinity system failing to allow the account change and cell phone update?
