How come I can no longer manage my account options online? It appears that Comcast, yes you are still Comcast, no longer cares to allow customers to view different options for their account. Well here is the deal, I don't when I will be available for a phone call and I don't really want to talk to a live person who will do nothing but try to upsell me something I don't want or need. Can somebody please let me know what the prices are of each service I can have? Really it is that hard to publish a cost sheet?
