Hate xfinity!

I ended my mobile service over 3 mos ago. I had a horrible exp and spent hours in the xfinity store in which they couldn't even find me as a client in their database, even though I showed them my bank statement where my account was getting charged every month. After hours, I surrendered and went to Tmobile. Now, I get an email saying they're going to debit my account next month for over $500 is due. I want this fixed asap. I no longer want nor use xfinity mobile. I do however use the triple play service for internet. Landline and tv. Please help me straighten this out. When I log in online, it tells me to refresh the page and bbn I can not access the billing or view statement or anything relating to the details of my account even though I'm logged in. Thank you.
