Can't access account

I can't access my account online and every time I try to call the automated system sends me an unhelpful text then hangs up on me.  I tried to chat but you have to log on for that.

Hi there! Sorry to hear you're having these issues, have you tried the password reset option at www.xfinity.com/password ? The best way to do so is while you're connected to your home WiFi network.
