Accessing my account

Since I got my account I have been unable to access my profile online. Whenever I try to log in to the website it either says "still setting up account" (its been months) or log in successful but unauthorized to access account. The internet works and i'm still getting billed but Its frustrating not being able to view any of my account information or your services.
