I have called and called and called for months trying to get the email notifications abut alarm set alarm deativated etc sent to my correct email address. NO ONE can figure out how to get it to stop going to the wrong one and go to the right one...anybody out here got a clue?? I'm ready to cancel the service !!
Just seeing this post - sorry for the delay!
You should be able to log in to the subscriber portal at http://home.xfinity.com and click on the "gear" icon in the upper-right corner to get to the page where you can change your e-mail addresses for Notifications.
Once there, just click "Automation" on the left, then the pencil icon next to the person you wish to edit.
