You can screen calls, by going online on Xfinity connect.
1. choose preferences and call screening.
2 Choose all anonymous calls
3. Selective call rejection and add the number of who is calling you.
4. Click save
When I add someone to my blocked calls Comcast has a default message saying that the person you are calling is not accepting your call. I want to change the default message to a basic message like the person you are trying to call is not available at the moment or something like that. I need to block someone that I love dearly that has dementia and doesn't realize they call me 50 times a day! Comcast support told me there isn't a way to change the default but is there a way? I need a little quite time!
