Xfinity Connect App - Voice Mail Problems

Since becoming a customer, the connect app has stopped working. I can no longer listen to my voicemails from the connect app. I received an error that it no longer works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've called tech support and they told me to wait a month and while it's being fixed (REALLY???). I've tried searching through infinite mazes on your site for settings to verify nothing changed to stop pushing my voicemails to my connect app. Still it doesn't work. This service and the customer service is horrible. I returned to cable for this? 


"We cannot find your voice mails. Please check back later. If your voice mail box is active but the problem persists, please contact Customer Care through the Help section in Settings or call 1-800-COMCAST"


I called and was told to wait a month for the tech support to fix the problem, after the agent read her 'script' of the obvious tips to try.

Mine is still not working today.
