I ordered my 1st XM line with the LG X-Power in 6/2017. The X-Power does not support HD Voice so that line came with no HD Voice. Even when I moved the SIM to a phone that supports HD Voice such as the LG X-Charge, the HD Voice option in Advanced Calling was greyed out, I couldn't turn it ON/OFF. I have tried to contact XM supports via text numerous times but the XM agents acted like they saw nothing & heard nothing. Please help enable HD Voice on this line for me. My other XM lines are working great with HD Voice calling. Thanks!

Thanks! I do not care much about cancelling the number change request as that number is not an important number. I asked Ken to help me get a new number to replace it, he tried then the number change got problems from what Ken told me. He said the change request was not successful, it gave him an error and still in pending. But the number is working OK so far. So if I don't cancel the number change request, is XM going to give me a new number to replace that one or the current number can be used without problems?
I would recommend calling in to request that they cancel the number change request just in case to prevent any complications with your mobile service.
