Two problems with U Caller ID

Number 1.This query has been posted before, but there was no replies or responses - does anyone have info/fixes for this bug?

 

"Why do I get the following message some time when I turn on my computer on the universal caller id?

(You were logged out because another PC logged in using the same username/password. [CIDPC 040])

When I click on connect the message goes away. No other computer is on in my home."

 

Number 2

I have had Universal Caller ID for several months and recently it no longer launches at startup. When I open the app manually and click on the icon in my system tray the check boxes for remember me, auto connect at launch and launch at startup are grayed out, and cannot be selected.  How do I restore the launch at startup feature?
