TRYING TO GET TRACKING INFO FOR MY DEVICE.

So, I ordered my phone on 9/6 with an expected delivery date of the 8th, I been trying to Contact xfinity to get tracking info but wait times are ridiculus. Can some one help me please. Or im just going to cancel.

Still waiting on my order......Ordered 9/6 with an ETA of 9/8 and i dont have anything............Im getting tired ....Im about to cancel.

You should receive a shipping confirmation email from XM with the FedEx tracking # . If not, you need to contact XM agents to see if there is a problem with the order.

I haven't received anything....and XM says that they don't know why the orders are delayed. They can't even provide a Tracking Number

My Dashborad says my son's replacement phone was delivered. Let's activate. FedEx says on the truck for delivery today. For the new order which was a backorder due on the 15th. I got an email this morning that says we are preparing your order but no mailed or tracking notice as yet.

At this point I would recommend you call in for an update on your order, daniels18ian. I'm still not seeing any updates on my end.

CALL IN, ARE YOU SERIOUS...........I BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEM FOR 4 DAYS.......2 hours each phone call and NO ANSWER. JUST CONTINUOUS HOLD!!!!!!!!!!

I understand your frustration. You could try visiting an XFINITY Mobile retail location as well for further assistance with your order.

SO APPARENTLY THE PHONE I ORDERED IS BACKORDERED.......WITH NO ETA............WHY WOULD XFINITY SELL PHONES ONLINE KNOWING THAT MERCH IS NOT AVAILIBLE............THIS IS CRAZY.......I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM XFINITY MOBILE. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!

OH AND IN ORDER TO GET MY REFUND..........I HAVE TO REFUSE DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS CRAZY I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS IN MY LIFE.

Fedex will try to deliver , if no one signs , they will return it ,,, nothing for you to do ...

Rules are rules ,, XM has to set Rules
