I lost my CID on TV and mobil app since I received my new cable modem/wireless router combo. I confirmed settings are still set to allow CID notifications to be pushed through.. I'm thinking it's a provisioning problem, but not 100% sure... Any ideas?
I have the same problem. I tried to get a rep to "chat" with me on this problem, but no one ever picked up to respond to the chat. I have done all the troubleshooting, everything is set to be working on the computer and on the TV, but still no Caller ID. I had become accustomed to the Caller ID feature and find it frustrating to not have it working now. I assume it is part of the service I pay for, so there should be some resolution to this issue, I just don't know what it might be. I'm sincerely hoping someone, a tech, or someone who has gone through this will be able to address this issue to our satisfaction...
