I have complained that my missed calls are not logged. The last missed call that was logged was more than a month ago. None of the calls that rang my phone this week, that went unanswered were logged by the online application. I have complained before, but I have little desire to go through the trouble of calling, and explaing my problem yet again without any resoloution.
Comcast may have the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with.
