I want to Disable Voicemail

Hello,

 

I just signed up for Triple Play and have comcast phone as well. How can I totally disable Comcast's voicemail from answering incoming calls? I have an answering machine I want to use.

You will need to call Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about DISABLING the VM Feature.... it can be done but you must request this.

I'd like to disable Comcast voicemail? I have an external voicemail I'd like to use.

Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and request the VM feature be turned off.
