Someone has launched an aggressive Denial of Service phone attack campaign in which we receive thousands of hang-up calls every day. We have activated anonymous call rejection and thousands of calls still get through. Our business is being crippled by these attacks and no one at Comcast can help.
Here's a video showing mulitple "unavailable" calls coming through at once:
Reply From Tech Support:
"I have ticket escalated, however with the call blocking on, that is the most we can do within my department. My recommendation at this point is to contact out legal demands department at 866-947-8572. Explain what is happening and what your needs are, they will be able to assist you."
Called that number and they tell me that there is nothing they can do.
