Cannot access voicemail on computer

I have not been able to access my voicemail from my computer in a couple weeks now. Is this a problem that is being worked on? Will I get a credit on my bill for a service that I haven't been able to use?

To delete messages by phone:
To delete voicemails after listening to the messages press option 7.
To delete a message while listening to it press option 7-7.
Webmail:
To delete am message click in the dialog box on your left of the message and click on the trash can to delete.
You can also right click on the message and select delete.

What is happening when you try to access your voicemails online?
Are you able to log in or are you receiving an error that will not allow you to access the voicemails?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, switching to another browser?

Are you able to access your voicemails through your phone line?

I can' t access to my voice mail on the phone of my house, because I did an error on the password that I put and the machine do not give me an option to change it. Please I need to go to my voice mail on *99 to do everything new. Thank you.

I am having similar issues.

 

I can access my voicemail from the phone just fine, the issue is the online voicemail feature. When I try to access it I am met with this page (see below)

This is discomforting because I have saved messaged of a loved one who has since passed. Please fix the online voicemail.
