Can't delete a "skipped voice message" -which is played before my "two new messages" . I never get an opportunity to delete, save etc. It almost sounds like the caller forgot to hang up her phone-when I wait I get a busy signal.
You may be able to press 77 real quick to be able to delete it, or you could perhaps use Xfinity Voice to do so:
