First confirm that you have either Motorola or Pace equipment. If you do, then we can escalate it.
If you have Scientific Atlanta / Cisco equipment then CID is not yet available on SA area's.

Hi there - do you get any error messages?
I had the Comcast tech out today for a different issue, but since my caller ID never worked from the get go, I asked him about it. He called in for me and they had to reset the codes and it can take up to 48 hours to reset. Call them and have them reset your codes.
