When I go to setup advanced call forwarding it initially says 'Temporarily Unavailable' and so does call blocking. Then after a few seconds advanced call forwarding says 'Calls will ring 1 Phones' but when I try to click/edit it it says 'Selective Call Forwarding settings are currently unavailable'. I have tried multiple times and on different days to access it. How can I resolve this issue?

I am having the same issue. I changed the number of rings using this menu a week ago. Now I can't change back due to the unavailability. Comcast phone reps changed on their end but now my phone only rings twice in the house and five times before going to voicemail. Set up an advanced ticket but I am not optimistic anybody knows what's going on technically. May be time to change to Verizon. The reps are good at asking for your name address and last 4 social # though.
