CALL WAITING NOT WORKING

My call-waiting is not working.  While on a call, a second incoming call is sent directly to voicemail, however, the number is appearing on my television and Xfinity Connect app.  The only change I made was an upgraded modem last month to take advantage of the xFi service.  Has anyone experienced this and if so, how did you resolve it?   Thanks.

Call into Comcast and speak with a CSR to ensure that the Call Waiting feature is active and enabled on your account.  1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489
