Answer incoming calls on mobile device

So new gateway put in last week.  A whole lot of mess.  Phone service appears to be working.  I unstalled and reinstalled the Xfinity connect app and turned on Voice2go.  I can make phone calls no problem.  I see a notification when an incoming call is ringing at the house on my mobile.  I CANNOT answer the call??? Advanced Call forwarding shows my number when I log in to Xfinity Connect Web.  One tech said yu have to check Voice2go there but I do not see that as an option.

 

I have spent hours on the phone and chat with Comcast.  Tech support has been utterly useless.  They honestly do not understand their own technology or how to use it.

 

Any help would be great.  Thank you,

Same problem. Notification pops up. I have to slide to accept but it sends me to the Connect App email screen. Any luck with the solution yet?
