Is there ONE person there that I an speak to that can once and for all fix my account. For the love of God, I have been waiting for almost 4 months. I have made ove 50 hours of phone calls. Something has to be done here, and I demand compensation for my time for being inconveinenced. I have been refunded for the phone I returned but yet still get charges for them? Please help.
