We just used On Demand (linear cable) to watch "Splitting up together".
Episode 101 we found through: ABC> show name (HD). The episode was listed as: HD. The actual video had horizontal black bars and found to be (720 x 480)/60i.
Episode 102 we found through: show name (HD). The episode again listed as HD, but the video was again only 480i.
Who has this untrained employee working for them? Comcast? Or the network?

I guess someone paid attention. Episode 103 was found to be in HD: (720x480)/60p just a few minutes ago. The wife is happy know. Thank you.
