I get an error code CL-14 when I try to access on demand. I installed the new cable modem I was sent and the chanelsare all there, but suddenely today, I can't access ON Demand....I get a blue screen with an error code message. CL-14
Memphislady, that error shows when you do not have interactive connectivity to XFINITY On Demand system and cannot communicate back to the network.
