i can not watch vod on my tivo premier anymore, it has happened in the past and was resolved but now i get the CL-14 error code then it says the locale code is tivocardio-ch2-a5p.comcast.com , i can see the selection menu then when i choose program i get the error after it tries to access the program

Hello jgroves55, it sounds like your cable card has lost connection with your entitlements. I can send a pairing signal to your Tivo to get your on demand channels working properly, please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me".
