Recently upgraded to X1, was given brand new box, modem and remote. Everything works fine except On Demand. There are times here and there where we will be watching a show on On Demand only for it to freeze, the audio becomes silent, and the remote no longer works. Only after we unplug the box and re-plug it in, does it work again, but this has happened multiple times. Anyone else know why? Does it have to do with our HDMI cable by chance? I was supplied one from Comcast but am using the one I had previously still.
Hello Batman64, are you getting any errors when this happens? The HDMI wouldn't cause this issue, it could be due to a signal issue. I would be happy to look at your signals from here.
