Until12/22/2017 I was able to view short-cuts to all HGTV Program Series in one place and then select the one I wanted to watch. Now, selecting HGTV (and DIY) On Demand only displays 3 HGTV channels and no On Demand Network Programs. Has anyone else experienced this sudden loss of functionality?
Funny this was just posted a few days ago. I'm a new subscriber from Directv and was so disappointed that comcast doesn't offer HGTV on demand. I had chalked it up to a learning curve to a new to me, Xfinity product.
Thanks for reaching out regarding the issues you're having with HGTV. Our engineers are currently investigating an issue similar to what you are describing, but on 2 different channels, and I wanted to know if you are able to access HGTV programming if you tried a different way.
To my understanding, if you are speaking "HGTV" into the voice remote or try typing it in, you are not given the option to view the programs that are available. If you were to follow the steps below, do you have more options?
Are you then able to see the series and programs offered?
