After 3 calls with agents “assuring” me they fixed the issue, still cannot rent Movies on demand. Multiple refresh signals have been sent, boxes reset, router reset, account reset to assure no “accounting” or billing issues. Still cannot rent movie. Was very important over the holidays and Comcast cannot seem to fix it. I requested technician/ service apt but again agents assured they fixed it this time and that would not be necessary. Researching DirectTV costs today unless this can be resolved quickly.
