Troubleshooting error CL 0X000f with a real technican
My OnDemand has not been working for 5 days now. I am receiving error CL 0X000f and the Data and LAN lights are flashing on the front of my box. I have had resets sent to my box and have unplugged it with no change in data connection. Is there some way to talk to a real technician to help troubleshoot this issue? I've been able to access the diagnostic pages on the box and would like to discuss this with a technician.
