I have been a customer for several years and have a Tivo Roamio pro and comcast service with cable card. Whenever we use on demand within the tivo menu it will work the first time usually for one show. It then will always return the GSM-11 error if we try to watch a 2nd show. This GSM-11 error will then typically last for several days until randomly it works again. Very frustrating. I have called customer service about it but they don't seem to be well versed on this issue. I have seen some comast employees who are tivo specialists chime in on other threads. That is really what I need. I need an experienced comcast rep to look at my account, look at my cable card setup in comcast's system, and diagnose the issue.
