I've spoken to tech support and they were not able to find a reason for why my Tivo Roamio is not able to access on demand. The problem started two weeks ago. They sent a tech out today who replaced all of my cable ends and the problem is still there. I feel like it is an account or authorization issue. They want to come out Saturday and replace two of the lines in my house but that shouldn't be the issue. I can watch live TV just fine. I'm not able to get On Demand is all. Would it be possible to have someone knowledegable to check my account?
Give it up. On Demand isn't going to work until THE ISSUE IS FIXED INTERNALLY. You might get it up for a week but it'll go out again. And again. AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.
