Since december we can no longer get HBO2 nor can we access on demand on eiether TV (new Bolt and older Premier XF). Tried to call tech support but they ended up making card totally inactive - it wouldnt show any shows. That one we swapped out at our local store and still neither the new card or one of the old ones work.
From searching here it sounds like ComcastPhill gets how to fix this but I cant seem to be able to PM him.
If your out there I need help. 2 hours on the phone with worse connection than I started with, dont want to repeat that again.
