I have tried 5 times to play the episode. All that is in the entire episode is commercials! There is no episode! I even got customer service on chat and they reset my box (which takes 30 minutes to completely come back online). Still not fixed. I'm not sure the woman I chatted with had any idea what the problem actually was. On another note... In looking through the forum I have not seen any feedback from Xfinity! Has anybody gotten any feedback from them because of this forum!?
