Starz Encore NOT allowing "On Demand" or "Restart"

I have been a subscriber of the "Encore" channels for many years.

Since "Starz" acquired "Encore," there have been problems with the "Encore" channels.

When trying to "Start from the beginning" on an Encore show I missed the beginning of, I am taken to an error message that says I must upgrade and subscribe to the "Starz" channels before that function will work.

The same happens when trying to use "On Demand."

This is deliberate fraud. I pay for "Encore" and I want the features I am paying for.

When are you going to fix this?

It looks like Xfinity does NOT want to address this issue. So much for caring about the customer.
