I am a new Xfinity TV customer and don't know how to use the epg yet. While perusing the menus to find what I free and what isn't I seem to have rented a movie although I don't know which one. I did not watch it and was changing channels frequently so I assume it stopped when I changed to a different channel.
Can you cancel this? I cannot since the bill has already arrived.
