I am having the same issue. It started on the 16th and I have been on the phone with Comcast for 3 days now and no one seems to know what the heck is going on. It is beyond frustrating. I used to just go to my saved favorite shows and click watch now and pick the episode i missed. Now that option is not there I can only see what is upcoming. I am so frustrated ready to pull the plug on my xfinity account
