Did anyone figure this out? Please post the solution and I'll keep checking back. I don't want to go through the hassle of customer service. I have read what they have done to you guys.

Jitneydriver, as I have not heard back from you in some time, I have closed this thread to further comments. I hope you were able to resolve this freezing issue you were having with your on-demand, but if you still need assistance, please feel free to start a new thread.
