I have the X1 Preferred Double Play. Today, 6/16/18 I tried watching episodes of Shows ON DEMAND that I missed. Up until today I was able to watch them FREE -without subscribing or upgrading. What is going on? I pay $185.00 a month. TO repeat what someone else already wrote on this forum-- " When I try to watch an on demand episode on my TV of ANY show on ANY channel (covered under my monthly plans), Xfinity tells me I need to pay or subscribe. I can watch these channels live, but not on demand." This is unfair. I have to pay more now? to get something I have had all along? Please correct this or it I will have to look at AT&T Uverse.
